The Never Passing Car - GGRRR

Ok so in Va you have to get your car inspected every year. Yeah it sucks. well my inspection went dead in december - so i got it inpected on 12/31/05. It failed. That sucked...So we fixed all the problems with it - tie rod ends, rack and pinion, new tires , alignment - and about $700 later everything is fixed. or so i thought. I take it to inspected yet again, (now that my 15 days are way passed- 15 days is how long they give u to fix it.) and wouldn't you know it. IT FAILED AGAIN! this time b/c my headlight is cracked...something i didn't notice... I bumped someone the other day - we didn't report it cuz thei car wasn't damaged, and i didn't c anything wrong with mine. I was wrong. broke the headlight. So now they're sayin b/c of the way my car is made...its gonna b another $500 to fix it! and they can't give me anymore time!!! AAARRGGG. So now I can get pulled over anytime - and get a ticket. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGG

My Blog Name...

Ok I know I talked about the name of my blg before...(september 05) But for all of you new readers ( I know theres so many LOL) I'm talk about it again. It's Flying On Wings Of Eagles. The reason for that name comes from the bible ok here it is:

More India Pictures!! :)

Ok I know you're probably sick of India Pictures, But thes are some of my favorites! This one was taken at the waterfall. (see previous post) I think is pretty neat. The people are washing their clothes. It's an interesting picture don't you think??? I love this one! I love the color of the sky. It's so blue. And of course knowing this is what I said to one of my friends on the trip, "Is the sky more blue here than in the US??" Answer - "No smart one! It's the contrast of the mountains against the sky!" Note to self - think before you speak... I feel Smart.....

Oh! Oh! This has to be my favorite picture! "The Rock" Doesn't it look like someone *cough* God *cough* just picked up that rock and put it there?? Everybody loved this rock...it was so cool...it was really big too....
Ok this one is good for a laugh. This is the way we wash our clothes, wash our clothes, wash our clothes.....Yeah that's me washing my clothes...and thats my friend washing her clothes....it was an interesting process...let me tell ya...heres a hint...going on a missions trip? PACK A LOT OF CLOTHES! This washing process doesn't really get the clothes clean...yeah I never thought I'd be so gald to see a washer and dryer!

Pretty India Pictures....

Ok I know these r kinda random pics...But hey, they're cool, and I'm bored. Ok this first one is obviously of a waterfall...Pretty eh? Yeah the town we were in was called Trinuveli-"Land of nine falls." And yes people were bathing under the falls.... Now the second pic....yeah thats the worng side of the road! That was pretty scary. Here's a hint for those of you traveling to India - Pedestrians DO NOT have the right of way. We almost got hit by a bus on our first day trying to cross the street. Oh and they don't use breaks either...They use horns...
And the last pic...my MAG...or Missionary Advisor Group...These were my roomies for 20 days. the one in the black shirt is Hannah - She was my Missionary Advisor or MA. She was really cool! I'm the one in the blue shirt...If u couldn't guess. And yes! That is the Indian ocean behind us...How many of you have been to the Indian Ocean???

LFCC

Ok so here I am at school! Lord Fairfax community college. I have 40 min till my next class. So far its been easy. You knw first days. Nothing really happens. I got my LFCC student Id. that was sorta exciting. Oh and I can get wireless internet here. Thats fun too. I have a 2 hour break on mondays. I should prolly be studying. But my book are in my car. I don' t really have to do anything but read for no so I'm just kinda getting used to this whole college thing. After my public speaking class at 2-5 I have to be at work 5:30-9:30. Busy day...I need this little bit of down time. ok enuff typing...
